Yes. For custom orders we'll share a digital mock-up for your approval before anything goes on press. Production only starts after you sign off.

Delivery availability depends on the destination and the order. The owner confirms whether the requested address can be served.

Production and delivery timing depends on the product, artwork, quantity, destination, and current capacity. We confirm an estimate for each request.

Shipping cost depends on the package, destination, and courier. Any applicable amount is confirmed with the final order details.

When a courier provides a tracking number, it is shown on the order-status page.

Custom requests are reviewed against the confirmed artwork and order details. If an item is damaged or there is a confirmed production error, contact us promptly with the order reference and photos; see the Refund Policy for the review process.

Where a proof is supplied, review the text, layout, colour, and other details before production. The approved artwork is used for the finished work.

Ask the owner about changes or cancellation as soon as possible. Once custom production has begun, changes may not be possible.

If a package is lost or damaged, contact us with the order reference and photos where available. We will review the issue with the courier and explain the available next steps.

Yes. We can ship directly to your customer with no Inner Space branding on the parcel, packing slip or invoice. Add a note in your quote request and we'll confirm pricing for blind dropship.

Product, quantity, sizes/colour breakdown, branding method (print, embroidery, etc.), artwork file, target delivery date, and shipping address(es). The more detail, the more accurate the quote.

Yes, for B2B and corporate orders we can issue a GST invoice. Share your GST number and billing details on the quote form and we'll include it.

Payment method and any advance are confirmed manually for each bulk order. The owner will share the applicable details with the quote.
